Hi - I'm Charlotte.

I’ve always been obsessed with how people talk to each other, and how brands talk to people. That obsession started in Customer Experience at ASOS, where I realised that good Information Architecture is basically an act of empathy.

Since then, I’ve been on a mission to simplify the complex. Whether I’m launching a global blog and video series for Fresha or establishing Content Design as a core product pillar in the regulated ESG space at Sedex, my goal remains the same: create end-to-end journeys that don't make people want to throw their laptops.

When I’m not obsessing over Tone of Voice guides, I’m likely watching a film I need subtitles for, or practicing my Spanish in preparation for a one-way flight to Malaga.

I’m also proactively tackling the "AI Apocalypse" by training at The School of UX’s AI Bootcamp. I figure if AI is going to change the world, someone needs to make sure it’s actually helpful.

I bring the same level of enthusiasm to my Content Design as I do to booking a cheap flight: I am meticulous, slightly cynical, and always focused on the best possible arrival.
